This Orange Creamsicle Smoothie is light and new, velvety and tart, sweet and reviving. It is ideal for breakfast, lunch or a bite!
Fixings:
1 huge maritime orange
1 huge solidified banana (or a crisp banana in addition to 4 ice 3D squares)
1 tablespoon hemp, flax or chia seeds
¼ container Greek yogurt
¾ container squeezed orange or water
Bearings:
